Ryan Peisel had two RBIs in the top of the third inning, Erik Wetzel added three RBIs in the fifth and the visiting Tri-City Dust Devils beat the Yakima Bears 9-5 on Wednesday night at Yakima County Stadium.

Peisel brought home Jordan Pacheco and Scott Robinson with a line-drive double to centerfield in the third as Tri-City (31-31) scored three runs to break a 1-1 tie.

The Bears answered with a run when Greg Bordes doubled and scored on a single to center by David Cooper.

Tri-City's Patrick Rose scored on an Austin Rauch single to left field in the fourth, and Yakima responded with a run of its own in the bottom of the frame.

Wetzel hit a double that brought home Robinson, Chad Lembeck and Charlie Blackmon to highlight a four-run fourth that put the Dust Devils ahead 9-3.

Yakima scored twice more in the bottom of the eighth.

The two teams meet again at 7:15 p.m. today at Gesa Stadium.
